I adopt a holistic approach to teaching music and aim to nurture the minds of all my students. This means that on developing students’ musical abilities, they will build confidence and improve their social skills too.

For me, learning to play an instrument includes creativity, improvisation, performing, listening, music theory and ensemble skills. This helps to nurture well rounded musicians that take pleasure in their playing and benefit from the variety that my approach brings.

For our younger students, I want parents to be as involved as possible. This makes a huge difference to a student’s music learning journey.
